MyChrono is a very easy and simple system and the athlete keeps their times on their phone.
The only thing needed is 2 or 3 small BLEBOXES
All the rest happens on the users phone
Show the time on a bigger screen after finish
The athlete needs to be within a range of 6 meters, 5 seconds after passing BLE FINISH BOX
BLE START BOX
The BLE Start Box is easy to clip on the start pole or placed on a tripod.
A LED display shows 1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. GO as well with 4 beeps and a long beep. On the Go and long beep the BLE send the start signal to the stopwatch.

BLE FINISH BOX
The BLE Finish Box is easy to clip on the finish pole or placed on a tripod. A LED display shows an F and sends continues the finish signal. When the stopwatch detects this signal, the time will be stopped and marked as run 1
BLE SPLIT BOX
The BLE Split Box is easy to clip on a pole or place on a tripod in the middle of a track. A LED display shows SPLIT 1 continues and sends continues the SPLIT signal. When the stopwatch detects the signal the SPLIT time will be recorded

Every sport needs a different approach when it comes to timing
Its easy to change the start box with a start pin that is used in skiing. The Finish box can be easily setup to use photo cell for more precision. You can even program a different countdown, all is possible.
The BLE BOXES are made with Micro:bit version 2

My name is Sander Overeem creator of MyChrono.
Active as a ski teacher and trainer for many years.
In these years, I have used many different timing systems.
All this systems worked well but had all the same problem.
